-Items sold are non exchangeable nor refundable

-All orders should be made using the Order Form below

-For any trades, email us directly

-We accept payment through meetups only

-Please be punctual for meetups or be prepared to pay a fine

-Do try to bring the exact amount in case we do not have change

-Emails will be replied as soon as possible

-Do not backout once order/trade has been confirmed, dead buyers will be blacklisted

-Please reply our emails if you decide to pass, do not go MIA

-For trades, be prepared to topup the remaining amount

-If there are more than one buyer interested, item will be sold/trade to the buyer who can confirm meetup first

-Please clear all doubts before ordering

-Kumouchi reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice

Payment And Collection♥

Payment and collection is through meetups or self collection only.
Meetup charges:

FOC- Bedok, Tanah Merah, Simei, Eunos, Kembangan, Paya Lebar, Tampines, Pasir Ris

We will not go to places further than this, meetups are to my convenience.
Date and Timing will be arranged after order/trade is confirmed.
No changing of meetup place or time once it has been confirmed unless you tell me 4hrs before.
Once again, do not be late for meetups or you will be charged accordingly.
Do check your items during meetup as we will not be held responsible after that.
